Red Door has been asked to post some information about CraftStudies:
CraftStudies @ the Hanover League of NH Craftsmen offers free and subsidized classes and workshops to people who have a serious ongoing illness, their family members, and caregivers (a person who looks after someone who is sick or disabled) through their Recovering Your Life Through Craft program.
They have three free workshops coming up (there maybe a material fee associated with the workshop):
–Discovering Clay with Jill Koppers ❘ Wednesday, September 10, 9:30am-Noon. Free
–Playing With Color and Design: Fraglets Magnetic Art with Kathy Parsonnet ❘ Wednesday, September 17, 1:00-3:00pm. $15 for your own magnetic set to take home.
–A Taste Of Working In Metals with Kerstin Nichols ❘ Monday, October 6, 1-3pm. $8 for materials
In addition they have other classes beginning soon: clay, felting, metals.
